You couldnt find a more friendly and welcoming place to stay. We have stayed here for the last five years as it has everything you could want, Great staff, excellent food and a brilliant location.

We stay in a family room and it is clean and bright, they are cleaned everyday and the bed linen and towels are changed every second day.
The restaurant is a steakhouse and they serve the best steaks in Oludeniz (better than in the UK in my husbands opinion) Paul the manager does a great Elvis night twice a weeks its not to be missed.
This is not a noisy hotel by any means as the hotels have to turn the music of by midnight, my children go to bed early some nights and you can hardly hear the music in the rooms.
The hotel has a mixture of nationalities staying there British, Turkish and Dutch are just a few, which makes for a very interesting holiday. The children all get along as they dont seem to let languages get in the way, and by the end of the holiday we have all made new friends and are sad to see them leave.
All in all me, my friends and my family love this hotel, its people and the location and are planning a return trip soon.
I have tried to keep this hotel my little secret as I was being quite selfish and dont want it to get to popular. I had to put the record straight and say this is honestly the best holiday we have had and we wish we could stay there forever.

we stay at this hotel every year and have done for the past seven years i have a three year old daughter who loves the place the owners Paul and Isik are fabulous hosts and the staff are friendly and helpful the rooms are clean and well looked after we go with friends who have young children we even got married there i would recommend it to anyone its not noisy all i can say if you dont like it there must be something seriously wrong with you.

Flying Dutchman Hotel, a great find !!

I stayed at the Flying Dutchman Hotel for just two nights on 6/7 Sept. '06. This small but immaculately presented hotel was a real find. The hotel owners Paul & Isik Lebbink were the perfect hosts. Not to mention the friendly efficient staff immediately made you feel at home.

The hotel location is perfect in the resort centre & only a short walk to the beach ( about 250mts.)

My ground floor room spotlessly clean with enclosed shower (with mat ) ceiling fan, air conditioning, security safe.....all at no extra charge!!

In the front of the hotel is the Buffalo Steak House also run by the owners, which serves excellent food & was as good as the recommendation that I was given by a passer by when I was asking directions!.

The night I arrived there was entertainment in the form of a four piece group who were very good. Elvis also makes an appearance twice a week!!.

I had travelled to Olu Deniz to do a Tandem Paragliding flight from "Babadag" (6550 feet) from my resort in Icmeler, Marmaris.

This was a great short trip to this beautiful resort. Exhilarating, good company, great hotel, great music......Heaven.
